About Randy Kruse

I was born and raised in Mason Texas. I spent my early years here working with my family farming peanuts and ranching. I continue to farm and ranch here in Mason, TX, today.

My wife, Pam, and I have enjoyed 32 Years together and raised two children in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. I acquired a Bachelor of Science  Degree in Range and Wildlife Management from Angelo State University in 1986.  After graduation I worked for Cargill for 9 years as a Territory Manager.

In 1993, I decided to open my own business, so my wife and I purchased Mason Gas Company, a propane dealership in Mason, TX.   We  opened Katemcy Rocks,  the Premier Offroad park in Texas in the year 2000.  I have been selling real estate for five years and acquired my broker's license and opened my own Real Estate Brokerage, Kruse Ranches and Homes,  in 2016.

About Pam Kruse

I grew up in Aubrey, TX, a small town north of the DFW Metroplex area. Upon graduation from Aubrey High School, I was awarded an academic scholarship to Angelo State University. Thus began my love for the western part of the state. I met Randy at ASU and we have been married for 33 years. We left San Angelo in 1986 upon graduation from ASU to return to his home in Mason County. I spent the next 29 years working at all levels at Mason Independent School District. I taught in the classroom for 17 of those years with added duties of coaching basketball & track, cheer sponsor, and others. When my children reached an age that was slightly more independent, I decided to pursue my administrative certification. I obtained my Masters of Educational Leadership from Texas Tech University in 2004 and became Assistant Principal of the elementary and junior high campuses in 2005. I became Principal of those campuses in 2007 and was promoted to Principal at the high school campus in 2009. I obtained my Superintendent certification in December of 2009 and was hired as Superintendent of Mason ISD that same month. I finished my career in August of 2016 after 7 years as the superintendent.

While education was a very rewarding and challenging career, I am now looking forward to a new beginning as a real estate agent and real property appraiser. I became a licensed Appraiser Trainee in May of 2016 and am working under the supervision of Justin and Paul Bierschwale of Bierschwale Land Company in Junction, TX. The Bierschwales have an outstanding reputation and I consider it a privilege to be under their guidance and instruction during this required internship portion of my new career. I have completed the Basic Principles and Procedures class, USPAP, Sales Comparison Approach, Report Writing, Statistics, Cost Approach and am currently taking other classes to fulfill my education requirements. I became a licensed real estate sales agent in October of 2017.
